Welcome to Desert Mountain Foundation

The Desert Mountain Foundation was created in 2012 to allow members of the Desert Mountain community to support Desert Mountain team members and to maintain.  The Foundation became a 501(c)(3) non-profits corporation in 2025.

The Desert Mountain Foundation is a 501c3 corporation that provides the Desert Mountain community with tax-advantaged giving options to support our Scholarship Fund, Helping Hands Employee Hardship Fund and Talent4Talent Mentoring Program.

The Desert Mountain Foundation is managed by a group of  12 Desert Mountain Club members through its Board of Directors, each serving a rotating 3 year term.  Michael Urban currently serves as Chairman of the Desert Mountain Foundation
